From those who bought 'fear bats' from TRU online: What's the better option: return at store (will most stores take back the MM figure for a $ refund) or send back in the mail (which is additional postage!!)

I read the return policy online and it says they don't refund shipping which is horrible! I hate Toys R Us now.

If you return in-store you will only get credit, and remember you take a loss on the shipping.

What I did was call Customer Service and told them the items I received were not the correct ones. What they will do is email you a pre-paid mailing slip that you can print out and send back to the company. They will also automatically credit you shipping charges.

PS: They will refund shipping and should, because the items you received were not the ones pictures nor were they correct. It's their fault for shipping you the wrong item, not you.

Ended up not going to TRU on Thursday, went to KB Toys and Target instead. KB, had absolutely no Movie Masters whatsoever, Target had one of the new kicking pose TDK MMs, and a bunch of Batman Begins. So I picked up my second Batman Begins. Also, I need another Scarecrow Movie Master to do a custom with. Would anybody be willing to trade him for a MOC Joker?
