My MM hunt yesterday produced no fruit either. All I saw was the mythical kicking pose Batman! LMFAO. The only thing different about him is his paint job...he has some blue on his chest in places. Same thing happened to the Staff Strike Batman from the basic line. Dammit. I want new Batman toys to clammer over. Can't wait till Two Face comes out for either line.

They're not MM Batman figures but have you seen the new line of figures coming out next week? It can be another thing for you to get excited about, I know I am! Plus, you can get a Two Face. They come out October 8.

It's Hugo Strange in the Batman suit. It actually comes with an interchangeable Batman head.

At the Devonshire Mall Zellers in Windsor this afternoon, I found:

2x The Dark Knight Batman
2x The Joker
1x Gotham City Thug (with Chuckles' clown mask)
2x Batman Begins Batman
1x The Scarecrow

I didn't check the prices, but it was a pleasant surprise to find them.

Well Joker and Two Face from that line look pretty good. I've never been a Hugo Strange or Poison Ivy fan. There for a minute I thought you were talking about the 5 inch TDK line. I bout died a little inside...lol cuz I'm out of money. Just paid for a lot of The Shadow action figures on ebay, and i'm broke as a joke.

Yay, well I live in a nobody town in the middle of nowhere in Ontario Canada and I went to my local mall and at the Zellers I found a BB Batman so I picked it up, now I have all the movie masters!!!

Yea I'm in Ontario Canada as well. Kitchener to be exact, and today my brother came home with a whole set of MM!! FINALLY! I gave up so long ago thinking they're never coming to Canada. So for all the Canadians who haven't found any, I'd start hunting like crazy!

I'm glad you guys finally got some. Now...if they would only release the next wave of MMs here in the states, the clammering over Gotham City Thugs would end. I'm tellin ya, it's the same crap that happened with The Joker a couple of months ago. I've pretty much given up getting a chase of either type. I really want the Fear Toxin Batman.

They're at mass retail in Canada now...well more mass compared to Zellers since I went into TRU just as they were stocking the shelves with Movie Masters. No Chases at all, not sure what assortment it is since they only had Batman Begins Batmans (lots), 2 Jokers, and some Scarecrows. I would've picked up a Batman if it was TDK version since TRU's selling at 12.99. Hope they stock more soon and I can find some chases.

I'm glad to see these have finally showed up in Canada! It's about damn time! The only one I'm still looking for right now is the TDK Unmasked Batman chase figure. I have one of each right now, plus an extra Joker to display MOC. I don't have the Fear Toxin Batman chase figure, but I'm not interested in that one. I can't wait until Two-Face (& rumoured Ras Al Ghul) in 2009!

That guy sucks. No more should be released? Yeah sure......


On a side note, I got a Joker off eBay about a month ago, and it still hasn't arrived. Not the guy's fault, but the post office's. I wasn't notified that I recieved a package, so they "fowarded" it to another address (of which there is none because I never gave one). Now they supposedly sent it back to the guy who sold it to me. He's gonna ship it again, but he still hasn't recieved it. It seems like I'm not meant to get it or something! The MM figures are always sold out here. (Fullerton,CA). Sorry, just needed to vent.

BTW, the second wave of MMs is startin' to show up in Mexico, a friend just got a Scarecrow and a BB Bats.

I went to TRU yesterday to pick up a couple Indy figures and they had tons of MMs. There were more Jokers than there were TDK or BB Batmans. No Scarecrow, Thugs, or Chases. I'm only missing the Unmasked Chase now.

I've been seeing Jokers everywhere at Toys R' Us, Wal-Mart, and Target. There's tons of Batmans but no Scarecrows or Thugs. Haven't seen one Batman Begins chase variant either.

I believe that Two-Face has been confirmed for early 2009 (possibly January or February), & Ras Al Ghul from "Batman Begins" is rumoured as well. Beyond that, I personally don't know of any new Movie Masters, although it's rumoured that the line will expand to include characters from other DC Comics movies, such as Christopher Reeves' Superman. But there are certainly a lot of characters left from the Batman movies to do!

Also, Target will be selling an exclusive TDK Bat-Pod vehicle that will be in scale with the 6-inch Movie Masters figures. It's due for release within the next month or so, I believe.
