Exactly. I can't see Ali Larter swinging around with Peter Parker, making flirty playfull remarks. Sure, she could get close and be seductive, but I don't see Ali fitting the role.

I doubt they would make her into JUST a thief. I think she would definately appeal to Spider-Man's lust. The character would start out as someone seemingly taking advantage of him, but would eventually prove to have a heart when she helps him when he's in need. Sort of like the comics.

I like both personally. Like I said, the way both would work is if Tobey stays, then Ali should be Black Cat. Scarlet is a few years younger and say someone like Gyllenhaal replaced Tobey then she could be Black Cat.

Well then we'll have to see how things turn out. I'd like Sam to come back, but I don't know about Tobey. He's said he'd like to do another one, but we'll have to wait and see.
