Hope Kubo gets better but it just sucks that we have a hiatus right when it's getting amazing.

Terrible news, hope Kubo gets better, the problem with Bleach that even if it gets amazing because of its slow pacing we have to way weeks before a certain part of the story is completed.

I love seeing Yamamoto unleash that fury of his. Sasakibe had quite the Bankai too.

I want to see Kenpachi shedding blood. That's all that matters.

We also learned something very important. Which is that the captured Bankai's are only as strong as the Vandenreich member using it.

This gives me hope that Byakuya may be alive.

Knowing Kubo they may all be still alive, but it would be interesting if this time they actually died, which would give a reason for the royal guard to come into play. But if this is the new villain they need to make him more interesting, Aizen trolled soul society twice and even in prison continued to taunt them.

Captain Commander is getting serious. Kenny went down in the most complete anticlimactic way possible and that is an off panel ass whopping.

Looks like we finally know the big bads name and I'm going to guess we either get the flashback next week or Kubo decides to hold off on that for a bit and go back to Ichigo or Urahara side of things.

The Commander unleashing is always what I've wanted to see.

Whow, this arc is being faster than i expected, i feared that we would only see their leader fight in some 2 years or so considering Kubo's normal pacing, i watched the anime episodes without interruptions so i don't know what it must have been like to wait some 5 years for the Espada war to end, expecially considering that it all took place during like one day.

Still, if Kubo does use the Royal Guard, the spirit King and Aizen and Grimjow's return then there's still a lot to happen, i wonder if Juha Bach is going to be the final villain of Bleach though, or if there's still another threat we don't know of.

If the Commander is so strong against these enemies, now I start to wonder if they are really the main threat of this arc.

But what truly surprises me is the speed at what I read this manga.

I don't think the Captain Commander is actually going to win. He'll probably deal a good amount of damage but this may be the end of CC after we get a semi lengthy back story between the two and the battle that will ensue right after/during said flashback

It seems as if they're setting this scenario up just so we can see the type of emotional and mental effect this will have on Ichigo when he gets back to SS and see's the entire place wrecked along with multiple casualties among the Gotei 13. This will have a profound effect on him and those who manage to survive.

Yeah, the last time they hyped the Captain Commander he was defeated fast, and if this guy was defeated by him then he would prove to be weaker than Aizen, something Kubo seems to be trying to avoid by starting the arc with all the Vandenreich talking trash about Aizen, unless there's another villain we're not aware of.

Good point. That may be just what happens.
Maybe that's why everything is happening so fast that we don't even have time to care about any of the villains or even remember their faces.

Thing just got really real. The Vandenreich are dropping like flies also [blackout]Captain Commanders Bankai[/blackout] finally being unleashed.

Sadly this is when Kubo is at his best. Match ups and bravado. It's very petty writing but damn it bleach is unreadable when it's anything else. Bring on more show downs lol, I wanna know who's stronger than who. And I wanna see Ichigo pushed to the limits only to dig deep down and pull out his final attack. It is great seeing the commander out and about though.

I wonder why he wouldn't use it against Aizen.
Kubo has an excuse now to not show the captains bankai...but he will show the Commander's...

Things are becoming fun as we learn more but I'm still wary of that troll.

I fear of trolling as well in fact I think it's eminent. Money on Juhabach saying in the upcoming chapters "You tell me that I am over confident yet you undermine my abilities and don't realize how I have changed over the past 1,000 years as well. Cue in troll ability that will stun the Captain Commander and make his bankai moot."

Watch.

If that happens I'll be incredibly disappointed but I have a feeling it's bound to happen.

any more word on the Bleach live action film from WB?

None so far, it has potencial, but the people behind it don't inspire me much confidence.

I fear trolling too, but DAMN, i wonder if Juhabach is going to be Final Villain or if it will be the soul King, by the way, is it just me or the plot seems to be moving faster than it's normal for Kubo?

I hope the WB film turns out good. so much potential for this......

oh, and will the anime pick up again to cover this final story arc?
