I'm not really implying that. But as a parent you can't escape the thought that something in your genetic pattern produced something so evil. I'm not commenting on the science, but rather what the parent's thought process might be.

Oh in that case I whole-heartedly agree. That would be a conclusion I'd likely jump to/try to deny as well.
