No reports of anyone even seeing the guy running anywhere? If he's hiding, he's hiding good. I guess he hid all week pretty well until now...

After his brother got shot and died he got back into the car and ran over the dead body to get away. Then he ditched the car and ran on foot.

That hasn't been confirmed but you'd think he was shot, especially with all that gunfire. I can't see him being in the same area. Either, he holed himself up somewhere and killed himself or he's long gone.

Exactly. Approaching him at that time was probably not safe.

You also never know if these guys rig their own bodies with explosives as a booby trap. that's why they asked that other suspect (whatever happened with him?) to strip naked. But anyway, it causes pursuers to keep their distance.

And I can tell you from experience a .40 caliber bullet, even a non lethal hit, is excruciating. Without morphine he wouldn't be thinking straight and moving at full strength. Anything bigger than a .40 and he wouldn't be moving at this point.
