That's the next thing I was thinking. If he is so adept at evading police he may have had to of hid supplies in strategic places but still, there's no real way to predict where he'd be chased to and whatnot. Still, something is just weird, unless this kid is literally just laying in the sewers waiting for stuff to die down or something of the sort I'm betting he's dead.
