It's nice that he can mock himself, but it feels like he's being rather Bendisy about it. It's apparently gotten through to him that fans are ticked at the character, but it's like he just thinks fans are ticked at the character because they just are, 'cause hey that's what we fans like to do right? We just find random things to rag on and it's funny that they're so worked up so let's humor them? It doesn't seem to have crossed his mind for a single second that fans are ticked at the character because he created a completely unlikeable, unsympathetic, melodramatic laughingstock who inspired one of the single worst scenes ever written, earning herself the title of Stupidest Person in Comics.

Or maybe it has, I dunno. It was pretty funny.
