Barbie no.1 worldwide anytime soon!

That came out of nowhere.

Might end up being the biggest grosser of October.

All your presales are belong to us!

Taylor Swift ‘Eras Tour’ Movie: $26M+ In Ticket Presales On Day 1 at AMC – Deadline

$26 million in 24 hours *just at AMC!* No Way Home? Sent home. Endgame? Ended. Force Awakens? Put to bed.

This thing might end up being the front load to end all frontloads…or it could dominate weekends for a month, I dunno. Going to be something to watch.
Yeah it’ll be interesting. Definitely front loaded. The question is how many times will they see it.

Expendables 4 should take advantage and move up to that date.

And I wouldn’t be surprised if it ends up much higher. Per IMAX CEO Richard Gelfond, total presales (not just IMAX) have now topped $65 million. That puts it at No. 26 on this year’s list of biggest domestic box offices already and it doesn’t open for five more weeks.
Wow, so it’s already not all that far off $100m with so much time left to go!

If only the Anti-Hero hitmaker would release her film worldwide especially in countries she isn't touring this year/neXt year, it would earn a lot more in the worldwide boX office. I'd watch it in a cinema even if I'm not a fan of the singer's discography.

But I think like the success of that upcoming film, its probably a 1 time thing like Barbie, Oppenheimer and Super Mario Bros. Movie. Its not gonna be a franchise money maker like MCU or those franchises that have continued making films to this dsy since the pre-2010s. I can't see Super Mario Bros 2 grossing over a billion, if not, its 3quel.

I'm curious if there will be more success story like Super Mario, Barbie, Oppenheimer and Eras neXt year.
