Does anyone else love the look of Post-Heisenberg Walt? I think he looked badass.

I love him. I love all the scenes featuring that look. It really does feel like the ultimate transformation - a great compromise. Really love the look. With that green jacket and glasses, he really looks badass - even though he's sickly and dying.

It'd be cool if this kind of Walt was cooking in the meth lab or doing some experiments. He kinda looks like Gordon Freeman too.

Absolutely! I especially love it in "Blood Money", he looks as ragged as he is - worn down, defeated, and angry. I'd pay to see Cranston in a Half-Life movie, if only he were a tad younger though.

I just love the physical transformations of Walt, Skyler and Jesse. They all look at least a decade older in the finale than they did in the pilot.

Especially Walt/Skyler. Skyler was so frail in the last two episodes.

Jesse looked like he gained a little weight but only in the face. Not fat, but his cheeks were a slight puffy. Also, Aaron doesn't look too shabby with longer hair either.

I had to make GIFs out of my favorite BrBa promo (Spoilers)

Part of that is definitely intentional on the shows part but despite the in show timeline there was about 6 years difference time between when the pilot was shot and the finale. In the scenes where they tried to depict the younger jesse you can tell aaron paul just as a person had aged from those early episodes.

True, but honestly, looking at Walt in the pilot and Bryan Cranston now, Cranston looks so much more youthful today. So, then you compare current Cranston to finale Walt and it's like

I've been meaning to ask, did they apply any prosthetic makeup to Walt in some of the last episodes to make him look more sickly? I swear, I couldn't stop looking at his neck in some scenes of the last episode or so.

Yeah, in one of the behind the scenes videos, Cranston said they put some pieces on his cheeks (including parts of the beard) and neck.

Oh Ok, thanks. I kept looking around other episodes and recent pictures of Bryan to check :hehe:

Yeah, so much this!

Also, he looks like he's had enough. He means business and no more lies and beating about the bush. He felt like "straight-to-the-point" Walt who knows who he is and has accepted it.

The physical change Walt went through was really something. By the end of the show he truly looks like a different, yet similar man than he was at the start. Same with Jesse. The continuity of the evolving looks is particularly impressive.

Damn, there's a number of f-bombs in the pilot. Don't really remember that. Funny how Gomez was right though, Cap'n Cook totally is a white boy's name lol

Yeah, that's true :funny: Also, now we know how everything happens, the Hank and Walt stuff is so nice and the pillow talk was one of the first times I really disliked Skyler (but I understood her) when Hank (hilariously so) and Marie were on Walt's side. Walt wanted to go out on his own terms even then and felt like he never made any decisions himself.

That probably shouldn't have made me laugh as hard as it did.
