What is the "rachel", is that slang for something?
Rachel in Friends. Her haircut was popular.

That IS The Rachel.
Yep, the sash was indeed in the concept art. So don't give up hope, sash fans!
A part of me has to wonder if Tony Stark will make her new suit like he did for Cap and Spidey, and just keep some of these Kree design elements as an homage.
Not that this will have any bearing on the quality of the movie, but girl got no booty.
Another thing that nobody's mentioned yet but im really glad that she's not rocking that whole Mohawk look in the comics.
Her hairstyle looks great as Captain Marvel.

Here is a manip where someone changed the color of the green to red and it looks way more appealing now.

The suits are much more practical than say Wonder Woman's outfit. Marvel isn't going with overly-sexualized versions of their heroes' suits since the men's ones aren't either and if they went with impractical, sexier cuts of the uniforms, they'd get a lot flack for doing to their female characters.I feel like the MCU has really struggled with their female hero aesthetic, especially under Disney.

Thank you - I've been meaning to type something to that effect but you've put it across far, far better than I could.
Yep.Also, isn't that Robert Kazinsky? I didn't know he was in this.
