I don't think hiring a bunch of contractors to build the batcave would be difficult at all. They'll have no idea it's Batman's cave and just assume that Bruce Wayne is really just as crazy as all the tabloids make him out to be.

Contractors are shady to begin with, and will do anything they have instructions and payment for. They won't ask and wouldn't think Batman from just being in a cave full of bats.

Pirates...just like in TDK when he used skyhook, he boarded the plane as Bruce, and then was picked up as Batman. With his resources it's not out of the possibility to fly in a crew from a foreign country and fly them back out.

I wonder if they'll use red lights in the new bat-cave, because red light doesn't effect bats like regular light does. I know they're not going to use live bats on the set obviously, but it'd be a nice little touch since they would presumably being pouring a ton of concrete and adding in a lot more lights than in Begins. After all what's the Batcave without bats?

Welcome Back Wayne Manor. I can't wait to see the upgraded Batcave .

I would also like to see a Batwing in the cave with a runway along with a Batboat. I would think Nolan would use what he has in BB & build on that. I do not agree with the TDK cave as there is too much light in it. Also, would like to see maybe a third hideaway as he is being chased through the city. He could use that as a quick getaway maybe through the sewer or an old abandoned railway that he owns.

TDK's Batcave wasn't a cave...it was more of a fallout shelter.

I saw the TDK Cave as more of a like the Dick Grayson BatBunker, or more of like the first of the many Batbunkers around the city that Bruce has in the city, just like in the comics. As I've said before the Batcave is an extension of Bruce. In BB Bruce has all this anger, rage, the cave is dark. In TDK Bruce has hope, he thinks he sees that he no longer needs to be Batman soon so the Bunker is bright and sterile. By TDKR Bruce is going to be hunted by everyone, he's going to be seen as no better than the guys he puts away, The cave needs to be darker, less sterile than in TDK to show his frame of mind.
