Well you know, if you outright insult people on these boards you get banned.
I agree that the Collider crew have done that on occasion, hell Schnepp would say the same thing every time BvS was brought up for months after that Doomsday trailer came out and yeah it was annoying. I only remember Campea bringing Gal up when it was fairly appropriate. Yeah earlier he was pinching it in every not n then but can you blame him? Gal was not a worthy candidate to bet on. But we now see she is gonna do great and Campea sees that and that's why I like the guy. Sure, he fanboy rages out from time to time, we all do. But he is never afraid to say he was wrong.
When has he said that?
No. Totally different. You can be sensitive about the casting of a lead iconic role that will be in multiple movies and a lead in one. But don't be *****ing about the guy *****ing about the casting..
"Gal was not a worthy candidate to bet on" - fair enough, but none of the supposed top 3 candidates were, so why go after her every opportunity? And I don't see how bringing her up when it was appropriate (like discussing BvS in general) changes anything. He complained unreasonably (I'll link to the video just so people can let me know if I'm imagining things) about her casting 3 years before we're seeing the movie.

While I'll give him credit for prefacing his statements like he did, it's kind of neutralized when you make absolute, declarative statements like "This is TERRIBLE. This is a TERRIBLE casting, just AWFUL!...Number 1, I don't want a 95 pound Wonder Woman!"
Also I know this is retrospective, but him mentioning Carano makes this extra face palm-worthy after seeing her in Deadpool.
Don't know how long you've been watching collider but he was a fan from day one. Check their old videos on AMC.
Dude still claims the comic-con trailer is the best trailer he's ever seen.
He was a fan of the movie getting made, I don't deny that, but his initial response to a lot of initial announcements was skepticism and in a few lucky instances neutrality. Watch the video I linked from 3:00 onwards.
He does admit when he's wrong, I'll give him that, but he could save himself so many instances of going "Oh...yeah, seems like I was wrong about that...again" by just being neutral and seeing how things pan out instead of going on a diatribe about how a model who's "95 pounds" can't make an acceptable attempt to bulk up in 18 months. Hyperbole seems to be the name of the game for him, I understand that gets viewers, but it's a little irritating.
Theeeee **** are you on about?
The man is geeking out as hard as anyone here!

He was happy with Ben as Batman
Here he says he loves the trailer and the lines in it.

So again, the **** are you talking about?
Read up. Again, I don't give a **** about what he says after something good comes out, his initial over the top negativity seems unnecessary, "nerding out hard" after the fact notwithstanding.
