Hopefully. The downside about sales figures is they are really a matter of how many copies retailers collectively ordered, not how many were actually bought. A positive trade reception could explain some of the boost in the sales of Feb.'s issue. We'll have to see how March's sales look to determine if CB&MI13 gains more readers, holds pat or this was just a blip.

So, this "untold tale" on Captain Britain's Twitter is actually getting pretty good. Some of the tweets (curse you, internet marketers) read a bit awkwardly since they're so compressed, but the basic idea behind the story is pretty sweet. I hope we get a one-shot of this story at some point.

If anyone's interested, Captain Britain's Twitter page apparently has Brian telling a story about a case we didn't see in the comic, involving a spaceship of unknown alien origin and some kind of different alien tech in nearby houses. It starts on the 1:51 AM, January 25th entry and is ongoing.

I love that Blade is actually portrayed as a competent supernatural investigator now rather than just an angry thug with lots of guns and stakes.

Blade's been great. Sales for issue #10 went up 11% at random and hopefully that wasn't a fluke.
