Captain Britain and MI-13

And hopefully that means those 2,544 people will now love CB and start buying the regular comic book.....

Hopefully. The downside about sales figures is they are really a matter of how many copies retailers collectively ordered, not how many were actually bought. A positive trade reception could explain some of the boost in the sales of Feb.'s issue. We'll have to see how March's sales look to determine if CB&MI13 gains more readers, holds pat or this was just a blip.

We will see....

So, this "untold tale" on Captain Britain's Twitter is actually getting pretty good. Some of the tweets (curse you, internet marketers) read a bit awkwardly since they're so compressed, but the basic idea behind the story is pretty sweet. I hope we get a one-shot of this story at some point.

Yeah, I don't have Twitter so I don't know.

What do you mean you don't "have Twitter"? Twitter's a website. Just go to the website and read.
If anyone's interested, Captain Britain's Twitter page apparently has Brian telling a story about a case we didn't see in the comic, involving a spaceship of unknown alien origin and some kind of different alien tech in nearby houses. It starts on the 1:51 AM, January 25th entry and is ongoing.

I don't go to Twitter because everybody else goes to twitter. Same reason why I don't IM, I don't have a Myspace page or a Facebook page, and I *********e with my left hand even though I'm a righty. :o

Yeah well, sometimes you gotta do what you gotta do. :o

Yeah, I told you, I'm so unhip that I didn't know it was a website. I'm the oldest 27 year old ever. :p

Captain Britain never would of let those protesters smash up RBS.

Royal Bank of Scotland.

They've been naughty people (well their former Presiden has been).

There were some minor riots in London yesterday and they smashed up a branch.

Captain Britain's advocating civil rights for aliens now. :)

It's better than the unelected President Osborn "claiming" a Skrull sleeper agent was on a plane so he could shoot it down more or less out of curiosity.

Cool Beans.

I know it is. I wasn't being ironic; I really like that Brian has a concern for all life now, not just humanity.

I think he was an interesting addition to the team myself and I hope he sticks around. I like him with Lady J a lot. :D

Well I hope the trend contiunes. This book is one of my favorites. :D

Definitely - specially loved that bit with Brian when he said
I can feel the earth turning
