Clark was probably just giving a rough estimation on the years.
Or more likely, he doesn't know what the timeline is supposed be and doesn't care because no one else does either.
Damn. I just checked my local theater times to see if maybe I could go to one tonight, and there’s 17 different showings tonight. Infinity War only had 7 or 8 as far as I remember for Thursday previews. Was going to wait for Saturday, but I’m def going to catch this tonight.
CM taking place in 95 and being 15 years prior to IM does sync up with Marvel's revised timeline that was released in the Marvel Studios: The First 10 Years book, which has Iron Man taking place in 2010 (and continues to match with a lot of fan made timelines that have had Iron Man in 2010 pretty much since Avengers and Iron Man 3 came out - those are the 'anchor point' movies for a lot of the fan timelines)
Only a couple hours to go before my screening, so pumped!
Heading out in about an hour to grab a bite to eat then make my way to the IMAX. Can't wait!
On my way out to meet friends for ice cream before our IMAX show. See y’all on the other side!
Should be seeing it tomorrow night along with the screening of Arctic.
Hope you guys all really enjoy it, my showing’s tomorrow just after midday.
I’m not seeing it until Sunday... I promised my friend I will wait for her and now I’m regretting it.
The fanboys are going to be so confused.
I love this kind of support.
My showing is just starting and the theater is like 25-30% full.
Just got back from seeing it with my daughter. Theater was around 70% full (normal for Thursday night openings here of this kind of movie)....I thought it was real good (my daughter loved it) the crowd seemed to like it and have a lot of fun.
Hmm, you've been here for almost 5 years, 17 posts and this is the only one that shows... Not saying there's anything fishy about it but I find it a little hard to bo-lieve.
Posting my review tomorrow. It is going to be positive
Glad you liked it, already posted mine, very positive, some would even say Marvelous.
OMG this movie is so good! Longer review later, but for now: THIS IS THE BEST MARVEL ORIGIN FILM EVER.
You’re all going to LOVE IT. Trust me, this movie is worth going to see again, and again. I think I might see it again soon. I need to, in fact: it’s that good.
Since Homecoming is not considered an origin, I might agree with this. Right now I'm in between this or BP as my fav origin movie. Another screening should clear that up!
Was gonna see it but ALL the showings are packed. They got showtimes all the way until 1:00 am here that’s crazy for a March film.
Holy crap! Carol has become one of my FAVORITE characters in the MCU and this is my favorite MCU origin since Iron Man. Action packed
Going in just a few short hours! Super excited. Cannot believe we are here!!! Cant wait for Goose and Coulson!
HIGHER FURTHER FASTER!!
Iron Man is my favorite origin story in the MCU, so that is encouraging news.
