Norm can have a presence in the movie without being the villain... him, Harry, Oscorp plays a big part in the Spider-Verse

an even if not used as a villain the spider-man movies, Norman can also go on to play a bigger role in the MCU in self

so, I think it would be beneficial to introduce the character early on

If they integrate Osborn you know damn well we'll be getting a version of Dark Reign at some point.

I'll be honest, potentially having Norman around as a broader villain is pretty exciting.

It could be fallout from Civil War instead of a Skrull thing. Obsorn says he can do it better than what the current crop of heroes is doing.

I definitely support using Norman as an MCU-wide villain, rather than having him just fight Spidey again.

Absolutely. He's a badass all throughout the universe in the comics, not just in Peter's life.

Indeed. Norman is a great character to have around.

Jackie Earle Haley, he's someone I would consider for the Goblin

Deepens his voice for Norman Osborn, then use his normal voice, which is more high pitched, for the Goblin :hmm

Jackie Earle is a little too skeevy to play a suave business man like Norman I think.

Would that make Norman Colonel Chester Phillips' secret son?

Norman looks like he could really go for a bowl of oatmeal in that picture.

May I take a break from Norman to suggest Dennis Haysbert as Robbie Robertson from the Daily Bugle?

And how about Jane Seymour for Mary-Jane's aunt?
Can tell where the genes come from :hmm

I see him as Hobgoblin.

As I mentioned in the other thread, I like the idea of Jane Seymour as Aunt Anna. And in that bra she's wearing, you can definitely see more. :p

But my biggest problem is that if Peter sees that Aunt Anna looks like that, he would surely be more willing to meet MJ for the blind date than trying to avoid her, because he might think that Anna would have a hot niece as well.

But on the other hand, Jane as Anna would be a good explanation for where MJ gets her style from, as well as some genes. Maybe MJ, before she moved in with Anna, was more of a tomboy and didn't look as great. If Peter knew MJ from before and knew MJ's mother, then maybe he would have an idea of what he thinks MJ looks like from when they were younger, and prefers to avoid her. But maybe Anna could give MJ a makeover in the style of Sandy from Grease, so that MJ now looks like a knockout, which is why Peter is so shocked when he does see her, leading to the classic jackpot scene.

I like the idea of Jane Seymour period.

In hindsight I needed a comma in there somewhere.

Was Jane Seymour a regular cast member or just a guest star on Smallville back when Jensen Ackles was on it?

This? :up::)

You know, if Jane Seymour had her hair like this:

She might actually be able to work as Aunt May as well. :hmm

Yes :hmm

I wouldn't mind a more glamorous Aunt May.

Rosemary Harris was a granny and Sally Field lloked like a crazy cat lady with that hair.
