Not really. Maybe in that photo, but not generally. He looks more heroic and doesn't really seem big or tall enough anyway. I think you need someone with more of the heft of Vincent D'Onofrio again. Not sure who there is like that.

Scott Caan is very short. He's only about 5'5" or something like that. Everyone towers above him in Hawaii Five-0.

I always pictured Hammerhead as a shorter guy, that's why I picked shorter guys for the role

his bios only list him between 5'7 - 5'10... I don't think you need someone huge in the role

Mads could make a great Doc Ock imo. His fellow Bond alumni , who also have an in at Sony, Christoph Waltz and Daniel Craig would also make great Doc Ock's. I'd be most intrigued with Craig as Ock given his acting range, and he would probably be the most marketable to the GA as a Spiderman villain.

Kinda my thought too. I think casting a 18-20 year old as Peter is inspired, but Marvel would have to be crazy to cast elementary to junior high school kids in these parts.

Totally I don't see why folks think the rest if the midtown cast be young 12 to 16 yr olds. It likely be 18 to 20 with maybe a few breaking 20 by a yr or two if they have the young look or if that is look marvel sony going for.
