I'd go with Patricia Heaton for an Aunt May. She'd be more in the vein of Sally Field than Rosemary Harris. I could also buy her as a working class single mom figure from Queens, New York. Plus she can do comedy and drama.

How about Richard Armitage as Kraven? BOTFA showed he can play crazy/intense very well, besides just really looking great for the part.

Seeing as Marvel already cast some of MOS' leaving cast, it could be really neat if they looked at Michael Shannon for Norman:

He has the right look (Especially in Iceman, as they made him look kinda older than he really is), and he even has the laugh:

Catherine O'hara is my top pick for aunt may.

Michael C. Hall is till probably my top pick for Cletus Cassidy, or Finn Wittrock from American Horror story for a younger version.

Javier Bardem would make for a good Kraven. Just needs to tune his accent to Kraven's, which shouldn't be too hard, and he's away.

Joe Morton would be excellent for Robbie. He has that likeability about him and would seem like more of a sympathetic character towards Parker compared to Jameson. Plus, if Tom Holland still hadn't fixed his chin, both of them could've compared moles.
