I would actually like to see Matthew McConaughey as Norman Osborn and I'm not even a Matthew McConaughey fan , but I think he could pull off a very believable border line crazy

Even though The Green Goblin is my favorite villain , I'm not sure even I'm ready for yet another version of the Green Goblin ,

So would Matthew McConaughey be willing to play just Norman Osborn for two or three movies and NOT turn into the Green Goblin

You know that Peter Parker and Aunt May have already been cast don't you? This isn't just some fancast whoever you like for the same roles but trying to figure out who could be cast for the remaining roles.

And Julian McMahon was absolutely terrible as Dr Doom. Why on earth would we want him again now to ruin Norman Osborn as well?

And Warren Beatty looks old enough to be Marisa Tomei's father. And Minka Kelly is 35. She is old enough to be Peter Parker's mother.

For Anna Watson, I think they shouldn't cast someone very attractive. The reason for this is that Peter needs to think that MJ is only going to be as attractive has her aunt, and this is why he keeps avoiding her. If they have a very attractive Anna, then he'll think that if MJ is anything like her, then she must be a knockout and will therefore be eager to meet her. It should come as a complete surprise when MJ is a bombshell at the door.

So for Anna Watson, we want someone who is around the same age as Marisa Tomei, and I suggest Joan Cusack:

She actually is a little reminiscent of the 90s Spider-Man animated Anna, except a bit younger.

She would've been decent even as Aunt May if they didn't want to go with an attractive actress like Marisa, but still wanted someone in the 50s age range. Joan is 2 years older than Marisa at 52.

Incidentally, she was in a very small role in Sixteen Candles by John Hughes, and she was also in a bunch of other 80s movies like Working Girl, Say Anything, Broadcast News and Married to the Mob.

She is also a New Yorker like Marisa, and she was nominated for Academy Awards for both Working Girl and In and Out, plus she's a comedienne.

I hope we see mj aunt anna. And I agree she really needs to be frumpy looking or do what some incarnations and maybe go she is over weight.


Juat cause ben will already be dead in the mcu. Doesn't mean we won't ever see the character. Be it in photos with tom and marisa, possible flashback scenes in solo film or in sequels. Or could appear to peter as a dream or hucciation. There is many ways for ben to be still used. And come on no way marvel is not going to use the character.

So I was watching TSSM and I had an idea that David Costabile who played Gale Boetticher on Breaking Bad could be a good left field choice for Ock. Dude's underrated as hell and can definitely churn out a great performance.
