Probably. Warner Bros. is all kinds of f***ed up when it comes to their superhero properties. 
But what I meant was that the ancillary channels don't seem to get as much money from the parent company as the primary network channels. For example, ABC and ABC Family are both owned by Disney, but I doubt they'd ever spring for a show that costs as much as Lost on ABC Family. Battlestar Galactica, despite being a huge critical success, airs on the Sci Fi Channel and thus doesn't get the kind of money that NBC/Universal sinks into its NBC shows like Heroes.
