Chapter 21 - "The Hard Part" - Discussion Thread 5/7/07

I imagine Micah rigs the election, electronic voting machines. I don't see why go through the trouble, just contract Diebold.

Whatever happened to Wireless? Was she the reason Linderman now needs Micah?

God, I can't believe I didn't put it together before Molly explained her power. Molly Walker = Walker System. Uh, doi. All the evidence was right there but I didn't pick up on it.

How did he overcome the time freeze?

He didn't Hiro let go of the time freeze in order to Strike sylar down. To my eyes that seemed that way.

Hiro should just learn to slow time down keeping his speed intact so he can be faster then others in his strikes.

I knew I recognized Sylar's mom from somewhere:

Now I'm gonna have stuff from that movie stuck in my head all night.

In the possible future. Not now.

Or maybe not? :o

The Hobbit continues, "On a related note, will we be seeing more of Hana on the show itself? I think Stana Katic is terrific."
Sadly, we won't be seeing Stana on the show for the remainder of this season, but that's only because Hana Gitelman is needed elsewhere. We have very special plans for her. The good news is that she will be starring in her own 22 page epic adventure, the bad news is that it's called “The Death of Hana Gitelman.”

she's working for him now. it's in the webcomic and subscribers to heroes 360 have received text messages from her.

Too bad I don't have a 360 anymore. :csad:

for a series that's been building up to a big finale and only had three eps left, that was one weak-ass, useless episode.

You could be President. Very nice. Micah fixes the election, does he make a back up bomb? I think it would be poetic if Hiro went back and had Sylar's mother stab Sylar with the scissors. Although I've seen Sylar get shot four or five times and then get up and fly away.

Yeah, but I just can't wait for the finale

We're guarendamnteed a Peter/Sylar face off.

Hmmm,I found the parts with Petrellis and Claire the most exciting as usual.

Glad to see Mama Petrelli in the thick of things,I look forward to seeing more of the Petrelli family next season,as confirmed at CBR.There's a whole history their waiting to get milked and I think the family has become one of the real focal points of the show. The revelation of how Papa Petrelli really died is something that I hope gets resolved soon.

Claire finding out her real dad could fly was a nice moment.

This has been one of the best Mohinder episodes. He's usually getting effed up and taken advantage of,you really felt his character shine through this time and really take control of what was going on.

I found the cliffhanger rather weak,I mean damn man,if Pete was absorbing Ted's powers, wouldn't common sense say to stay away from each other and back away?Could have been executed a whole lot better, but oh well.

With only 2 eps left,I think this show has a gigantic task of proving it's the best show on TV.Sure it's already being called that, but if it doesn't deliver, this show is going to burn out fast. There has been lots of buildup and I just hope the payoff is worth it.

I was really disappointed to hear that the finale is no longer 2 hours as previously reported. To resolve everything that's happened on this show in 180 mins is going to be very tight,it would have been nice to have that 2 hour finale but I guess the execs at NBC were more concerned about getting its Wedding Crashers off to a good start.:whatever:

Overall, good episode which seemed to be the quiet before the storm and further raise the expectations on the last 2 eps.

................................your right

so does that mean bennet and ted and parkman were going
to new york to kill her?

How did he overcome the time freeze?

Hiro choked is what happened. He broked the time freeze and that allowed Sylar to make a move. :csad: If it's possible. Hiro should've unfroze Ando and let him cut down Sylar. :o

........

As for Molly. I was expecting more from the girl that can supposedly stop Sylar. Yet all she is is just a locater. I'm hoping there's more to her besides that. I mean Sylar did struggle to get her out of that FBI room.
