Perhaps they are just looking for people with specific powers to join their 'carnival'. They have the offensive fighter in the knife guy who can easily be replaced with Sylar. I'm sure they need someone who can heal or use Claire as leverage somehow. Maybe Sam is seeking vengeance against the world and needs the new blood to replace the old blood in order for his plan to succeed.

i'm willing to bet that Samuel's brothers death is somehow connected to Danko and HRG...to Sam will probably use Claire to enact his revenge on Noah. *sigh* i hope its something a little more original than that...claire playing the victim AGAIN.

It's only a matter of time before the new villains get killed off and Sylar assumes full power again. There is always the possibility of that happening as long as Zack Quinto is still on the show.

Now this would seem more likely. I mean Claire doesn't have a good ability that they'd be intrested, all she can do is heal. Though I guess Samuel would want every one even the weaklings on there side
I guess that could be a way to beat them, Claire could whine them to death. I wonder if hey'll send people to go after all the Heroes, you'd think he'd be after Peter and Sylar the most since there the strongest. I found it a good episode. Claires parts were horrible and Hiros parts were boring other than that yah.

IDK if this has been said, but I think they want her for her blood, it can heal a person whose even been dead fotr up to a certain amount of time, niffty ability to have on your side



and what's going on with Matt and Sylar??? that storyline confused the mess out of me... is he hallucinating about Sylar over guilt? or did Sylar obtain a new ability and really attach a part of him in his mind? and is Matt really going to develop a serial killer streak?... so ******ed, lost-I need clarity???

and what's up with Hiro... doomed to die all of a sudden??? and because he decided to persue heroics??? so how'd future Hiro exist in season 1, as I assume he too went to the carnival those however many years ago

-I loved the 2 hour premiere, can't wait to see what happens with Claire's storyline, last season I liked, but wasn't thrilled about her characterization and storylines... kinda drawn out, but this season seems like the exciting Claire'll be back
-Tracy's growin on me (she may even live up to Nicki given how she turns out this season) I'd like to see the third triplet sis

I liked that they tried to do a fight scene, and I know it's 'super' speed, but good god they could have pulled back a bit on the blur effect.

At first, I was wondering how a n00b to the power as Peter was, was able to best Ray's character who's had his ability all his life. Then it hit me: That character will likely not be used to fighting someone on equal grounds, while Peter should be somewhat used to adapting to new abilities.

Peter Vs Ray Park..... EPIC... I literally was jumping up and down with excitement lol

I am very curiuos about the carnival and their intentions and whether thye are villians.

This may inn fact the "villians' storyline we deserved the first time.
I also have a feeling Hiro will somehow be healed.

Well they had an equal amount of speed after Peter absorbed his power and when you have super speed you don't need skills with a knife. Basically, you could say it as Peter and Ray Park fighting at normal speed while everything else is extra slow. Two ppl who have no knife skills just hitting knives together every couple of seconds.

I was impressed with the season premier. I really hope they can keep it up. That fight with Peter and Ray Park's character, whose name I keep forgetting, was pretty good. Seems no one wants to be anywhere near Angela lol. HRG looks ready to get himself some Tracy Strauss

Leave it to Claire. She'll just give a sip of her blood and Hiro will be healed. Seriously, why hasn't he thought of that? It's not like she's hiding or that the two haven't met before. All he need's to do is find her. Peter/Ray Park fight was a step up from what's we've seen before, but it's obvious that the blur effect was being used as a way to conveniently cover up their lack of a fight choreographer or some sort. I hope that chick Claire met isn't the

. Even as a woman I don't think she's hot enough to boost ratings with Hayden.

The only interesting storyline is once again the Sylar/Matt story. I'm curious to see where they'll take this. Is Matt going to start acting like Sylar instead of "Nathan"? Or will the real Sylar emerge first? As I understood the scene, Matt's guilty concious has just taken the form of Sylar. He'd delved pretty deep into other people's conciousnesses (Daphny, Angela, HRG) and hasn't received any lasting repercussions.
