Loving moment between Mystique and Magneto.I wonder If It Is In his room we see the shot of her turning Into her blue form.

Matthew Vaughn has learned what Bryan Singer does that X-Men should be scifi/Fantasy with action Instead of just action that happens to be In SciFi/Fantasy.
X2 may finally get competion as best X-Men film.Many on here know I consider X2 as best marvel film with X-Men close behind.I will have to change my rankings after this summer.

Vaughn also has advantage that Singer didn't.He had years of successful comic book films that allows for more comic Book inspired moments.Singer when he revived the genre with X-Men had to deal with the damage Batman and Robin did to the Genre.

The Beast and Banshee ones were cool (minus the missing accent), haven't caught the mystique one yet (at work)..

But that Havok one sucked balls.
The powers are all wrong, and that scene in the prison/asylum/whatever, was so cliched and awful. What is he some badass rebel type now?? riiight.
Added to the change to his age/relation to cyke, and i'm really not happy with what they're doing to Havok, from what I've seen.

I'm not expecting a character trailer for Angel, Darwin, Azazel, Frost, or Shaw, but it's still possible...

The more I watch of Havok's the more I like it and they was he's being portrayed. His powers on the other hand are just... it's a mixed bag. Not liking the color (a minor nitpick), but the way he uses it is just so awkward. I don't see what's so hard about him just firing it out of his arms. You know... like he normally does.

I dig the music with all of these too. I hope we hear them in the movie a bit.

Everything is so good, but seriously they need to stop showing every scene in the movie, not because it will hurt the movie or anything, but because I can't resist the temptation and I really wanted to.

I promised myself that I was only gonna watch all the promos until the full trailer came out (I believe Angamb was the one who wrote about his gameplan for the publicity and when I read it, it sounded good), but I just finished watching the Mystique trailer on my phone, I wish I could be stronger, but if they keep showing these character trailers I don't know if I'll have the strenght to resist them (hopefully the character trailers are only for the X-Men so the Hellfire club still has some mystery when the movie comes out).

I haven't watched these spots, nor will I wiatch other tv spots but it's good to see more positive reaction to the footage. This movie is shaping up to be great and if the 2:20 runtime rumour is true I'm very optimistic.

And that's understandable. It just looks really awkward. Given the nature of Comic Alex's powers, you'd think his inability to control them would be more of him just radiating the power everywhere in a dome or spherical shape. But then again, this isn't Comic Alex.

It would be nice if he showed up in a potential sequel to this film and his character fleshed out a bit more. But I won't be surprised if this was just a one-off.

Okay about Havok. I'm pretty sure the beam comes from his wrist in one of those trailers I saw. Also, I read somewhere that the thing he wears on his chest is supposed to be a meter of sorts, designed by X to regulate the power of his beams.

I liked Mystique's a lot. I never really thought of her mutation as something she constantly had to focus on (like Kitty Pryde's.) That was a neat moment with Erik, especially since I assumed she and Beast really had their abilities under control (and they probably do,) but it was a different type of training. Charles probably taught her since they met at childhood to hide herself with her power. And now Erik's liberating her.

He's in jail because [blackout]he accidentally killed a guy who was bullying his foster sister. It's implied he's angsty and prefers being alone because his powers have caused very bad things to happen.[/blackout] 'Sounds like Havok to me.

Wow that Mystique trailer was great. I can't wait to see more interaction between her and Magneto. Geez though she's gettin with Beast, Magneto and perhaps Azazel, girl gets around.

I can really see Mystique being a heroine for young girls in this film which is good. Superheroes are just for boys. I love that scene with her and Magneto. You can see the beginning of something deadly going on and it mirrors Charles/Havoks scene nicely.
