No One Lives hasn't swayed you about Evans like with the others? Lol

I was going to send a link but the video's been removed.

Basically put, I shared it around. The Evans bandwagon that we were all on a few days ago? It's been abandoned and planted with dynamite :hehe:

It's tainted Evans pretty badly that Elite and Shauner don't want to see him anywhere near the role! And we were all supporting him like mad one minute.

Well that sucks.

I guess that makes Gosling my first pick.

While he wasn't great, he has done better stuff. So I'm not pulling the plug on him just yet.

David Giuntoli has the look, and the voice.

But does he have the acting chops?

That's the question. If I were a producer on the Batman reboot though, I'd definitely invite him for an audition to see what he can bring to it.

Im not against Luke Evans completely because he has a couple of leading roles coming up that are dark and pretty iconic. So we'll see. I imagine he'll have to do another American accent for The Crow?

I do find him good at being dark and serious but that's too "one-note" for the Bruce Wayne character.

Matt Bomer (35)

Christian Bale was 29 when he was cast as Batman, but we're going probably not going to get a year one story so the age is flexible.

One of these guys should be cast, but if the new Batman is intended to be a young Batman, it kinda rules out Hamm and Mount, even though they'd be amazing.

In BB when Bruce becomes Batman he turns 29 to 30. You can see "30" behind him when he talks to Rachel at the door.

Keaton was 36, Kilmer 35, Clooney 36 or 37 I think. Just cast an actor has a acting chop and he's in his mid/late thirties for a older Batman.

Clark is 33 in MOS. Bruce has always been older.
So who knows what WB will be going for in this.

If Daniel Craig can still be Bond at nearly 50 with almost
4 films, then why not lol

The poll shoukd be everyone in Rorschach2012's post.

and everyone should be allowed to choose their top 3.

I really want to create another better poll.

Perhaps in the DC thread?
