Christ In Christmas

Behave, Eggy!:bh::grin: Anyway, I wasn't preaching, just saying what I felt:word:

I know, sorry if it came across that way. :) I was just trying to show the difference between you, who make your beliefs known, and others, who push their beliefs on people. :cwink:

Hey, it's ok, I was just kidding. I got to know you for a while. You're not a bad guy. Yeah, well, some people are like that, pushing. But I like to believe that the real christians are not like that. Just the opposite.

I agree. People who have faith should have faith enough in their religion to let people come to acknowledge it by themselves. :)

Now I have a machine gun -- HO HO HO

This thing would make a great avatar for quite a few Hypesters. I love it!

Christian capitalists certainly haven't commercialized Jesus enough, go for it. I mean with all of the Christian stores, the WWJD craze a while back, the televangelists. I'm sure the man Christians worship would greatly approve of slapping his name on a product to make a buck. (And, yes, I'm fully aware this is already being done with Christmas, but Christmas was never really about Jesus anyway, it was more a way to unify people under one religion.)

You been taking little jabs thru out this entire thread. Interesting.
But I hope you have a blessed Merry Christmas regardless of your feelings about it.

Peace....

Peace be with you as well. Wasn't really trying to take jabs, just putting my two-cents in. Merry Christmas.

Man, I really believe in God. I'm a religious person (not a fanatic. Some people here will probably call me that, if I say I'm religious, so I need to explain. Though I shouldn't.) Yes, there are proofs, but many people (and I'm shocked to see how many there are here, unlike many other forums I know) want a certain type of proofs. They are ready to believe in anything else, just not in God. That's just sad.:csad:

Since you are from Romania, are you orthodox? I'm just asking because I am.

oh and Merry Christmas everyone!

Merry Christmas Eve All! :D
I'm so excited.......

have to bake a birthday cake today :)

My family makes a birthday cake for Jesus and we sing happy birthday to Jesus and eat cake after the Christmas Eve service tonight

 Why you laughing??
I have an 8 and 5 year old........ they asked if we could make a cake for Jesus' birthday..... and we've done it for the past 2 years... this is year 3. We ARE celebrating His birthday, so why not a birthday cake?

I've just never heard of that being done before :)

It's quite a nice touch really :cwink:

wow i never knew those things(from pge 1)really interesting, but wat i'm afraid of is all it takes is two to start argueing and then everyone argues.Whether you believe in it or not its Christmas so no argueing, plzze.I believe in the lord, its brought me happiness, and joy,so MERRY CHRISTMAS TO ALL,AND MERRY TUESDAY TO ALL THE ATHEIST(hope i spelled it right).

Not to start an argument, but atheists can and do celebrate Christmas as well. It's not just another Tuesday for them.

I'm glad it's not Satanmas because then it would be a day of pain and suffering.

This is true, I celebrate getting presents and the cool food.
I also think St Nick was a straight shooter.
