i bet there will be such a small explanation hidden in Xaviers words about how he is alive again that some will miss it and not even realise it was explained

Unless there's some kind of flashback at the start where the returned Professor X first meets Magneto and explains everything.

I was thinking now about one of the first photos we saw...old Magneto at the Washington Monument. Didn't Singer tweeted something like "So Charles was right after all". I read this somewhere.

It would be cool to have them meet for the first time after the Professor's death at a place that it's now an iconic Charles/Erik one thanks to First Class.

I hope they won't explain it in the same lazy way as Jean returning in X3:
- "Charles! But...how?"
- "I...don't know".

In the trailer, I wonder what OT!Charles means when, at the start, he says that he had a glimpse into the past. Did he actually connect with his past younger self somehow?

The explaination is he transfered his mind into the brain of his brother?/ another human being.


But he was dissolved into particles/dust/molecules by the Phoenix......he has no physical bodylike form.


I just find it hard to understand how particles/dust dissolve in the air can still transfer somebody's mind.....it's kind of absurd.

The astral plane. My guess is that they are gonna go with him transferring his psyche into the person from the end of X3 and then either have a mutant change his physical form or have him be in the body of his twin. Either way it works, Oh and I guess he can't walk still because its quite common for people who havent been able to walk for years to not remember how to if/when they recover. Also if the person at the end of x3 has had no brain function for a long time then it is possible his legs would be too weak to stand.
