Yawn. So the tramp is cheating, possibly with another girl. What does that do for me? It sure doesn't make me want to watch the film more. What the heck was that video anyway? Is it for the film? Was I supposed to have seen what I saw?

3 months away... and we STILL havent even gotten a trailer, production stills or whatever.

did no one just see the commercial for this on CHUCK?!?!?

it was like 10 seconds.

its some type of mechanical evil red eyes then it showed 1.18.08
and a URL that was flashed too quickly for me to see.

the eyes were where the .'s are in the date

I wasnt watching the channel you were talking about but there is a Sarah Connor Chronicles commercial that shows red eyes and a date, do you think thats what you were talking about?

I've got $20 bucks, that says this is the biggest hype for what I predict to be a mediocre at best movie. It's going to be the next Blair Witch, all hype, no substance. The tag line at this point should be:

"Are you ready for the dissapointment?"

LOL, I kinda feel the same way. When I saw the first trailer for the first time I was a bit disappointed with the poor effects on the Statue of Liberty head.

That was some REALLY piss poor CGI. We have systems at my Uni that can produce more convincing imaging. I'm sure some geeks there would do it for free if you gave them a t-shirt or something.

Just sent this to the distribution email address on the slusho site. We'll see if I get a response.

I'm a bit concerned because I fed my pet fish some slusho and he turned rather large and went to new york and ripped the head off of the statue of liberty causing panic and mayhem all over the city!!! I've been able to capture him, but now I must buy a much larger tank to hold him and I'm not sure what to feed him now. He is also rather irratable these days. Have you had similar complaints? Also I am concerned that I will be sued now, how am I supposed to pay to fix the Statue of Liberty? Needless to say the entire country is upset with me and my fish (his name is bob).

Please advise.

"1-18-08" to Get New Trailer... and a Title!

All has been relatively quiet on the 1-18-08 front for the last few months since the San Diego Comic-Con, but a source for ComingSoon.net has revealed to us that the J.J. Abrams-produced monster movie will get a new trailer AND its title will finally be revealed on November 16 in front of Robert Zemeckis' animated Beowulf.

So far, we know very little about the movie beyond what we've seen in the teaser this past summer, the pictures on the official site, the director and writer (Matt Reeves and Drew Goddard) and some of its cast (Michael Stahl-David, Odet Jasmin, Mike Vogel, Lizzy Kaplan), but hopefully, more will become clear in a few weeks.

Stay tuned for when the trailer comes online!
