again with the size preoccupation.
I was just saying that clover has a long way to go to be america's monster. Kong has had that title since 1933, and one fidgety hand cam movie is not going to get clover that title.

1993 Kong was a monster, Jackson cut his balls off. I thought Kong & Ann were gonna sit down with a herbal tea, watch Oprah, and talk about their feelings.

That scene was deleted. It was the only thing they cut from the four hour theatrical print. That movie is still putting me to sleep.

No one is talking about Jackson's hairy love story. I'm talking about the real King Kong

if you have no respect for that you are pissing on monster movie history. Without Kong there would be no Clover.

While "Large Scale Aggressor" is a pretty cool designation for the monster, I fear the possibility of it being nicknamed "LISA".

Clover clearly could destroy all of manhattan. Has anyone else heard through the viral there could be more than 1?

I've heard the talk about more then one monster and I think it's silly to think it. Unless JJ is trying to pull of a shocker in clover 2 which I doubt he is. He would of told us that there was 2 monsters.

and as for the Kong vs Clover, Clover should be are monster because he is the only guy we can compare to Japan's monster, unlike Kong who is just a love sick ape.

In the last part, it's revealed that Clover is controlled by an orb of some sort. In the end, Clover dies and goes into the sea and is surrounded by huge eggs, suggesting there are more Clovers and the Clover in the manga is not the same as the one in the movie. Maybe the movie Clover is getting revenge for the death of manga Clover?

FINALLY saw this for the first time today and thought it was EXCELLENT, a movie that finally lives up to its hype, a really good watch and one i'm sorry i missed at the cinema, but glad i now own on DVD.
