Custom Made Superhero Costumes

Not to jump on the annoying wagon, But you'd get better responses from posting pics of your work. No one in their right mind will pay someone to do something, without seeing what the artist has to offer. Not trying to be a jerk, just a heads up

Hello, I'm looking for to get a custom made costume, either green lantern, flash, or superman, and wondering if you have pictures of costumes you've done that I could see and how much it would be. I want a legit looking one for halloween. Thank you.

Here is my 2nd attempt at a Supes costume.....nearly 4 years apart from the 1st attempt! Almost complete, waiting on boots I ordered, tweak the cape a bit and figure out if I want to keep the belt, make a new one or order one. I have a 2nd lycra top coming in a couple weeks and am going to make a more classic supes, with a gold and red "s" symbol (pictured below) with a gold belt and gold cape shield. I'll have 2 Superman costumes to wear when I got to the Metropolis Superman Celebration for the 1st time this year!

you look super-cute in that costume! lol. but no.... good job, the red "undies" look a little saggy though, i'd make them slightly more form fitting (if you're comfortable with that).

 

Yea those tights are from an older costume a couple of years ago when I weighed more, actually on my way to a specialty sports store tomorrow that has all sorts of compression clothing, so hopefully some tights.

Here is an update on my suit. Changed the belt and the trunks. A few minor tweaks and she should be all ready for the upcoming summer con season!

I want to do Scarlet Witch Costume first, but I and not sure how to tackle her head gear. I want to see if I can get it to wrap around my ears so it stays on, I'm not the most graceful person. I am interested in buying stuff for both costumes, or just getting tips would be great.

Here is the start to my Thor. Going for an Ultimates/616 Hybrid. Waiting for a helmet in the mail to customize and working on the cape this weekend!

 

Hoping to have this finished up for the Superman Celebration next month, don't see why I shouldn't. Still finishing up the cape, just taped it on for now to see how it looked! One problem is the helmet. No matter what I try, I can't get one to turn out right....or decent at all. So I'm looking for a helmet....if anyone has any ideas or knows of anyone looking to sell or trade one lemme know.
