Now, I wonder if I'll be disciplined and make my Daredevil viewing experience last a week, or if I'll gorge on the whole thing over a day or two and hate myself.

Yep, binge-watching this bad boy. The teaser was exactly what I was expecting from Marvel; a dark and gritty crime-drama that's beautiful to look at. Marvel truly has something for everyone, even the Law & Order/The Wire fans.

Lovin the tone and vibe of it. Glad they didnt show their entire hand early by giving us everything like the final suit or throwing a host of known names in our face. Makes me think they have plenty up their sleeve and will be worth the wait.

Yeah, this is looking good. Doesn't look particularly comic booky, which is probably a good thing for this property. I had no idea Scott Glenn was playing Stick. That's awesome casting.

Hardly needs the facepalm dude. You don't think its the slightest bit odd they've not mentioned anything about the suit other than it will 'evolve'? The rumour that it would have red piping seems to be true, as we saw in the trailer - but if it's just the black costume he's already wearing with some red on it, then that'd be meh. Won't ruin my enjoyment of the series, but as a fan of the character, I'm allowed to be cautious that they'll be likely just sticking with the ninja suit throughout.

Absolutely loved the trailer, it managed to convey everything important about the show within a meager minute and a half. It teased how his heightened sense work, his tug-of-war between morality and responsibility, the brutality of Daredevil and just how dark Marvel is willing to go. LOVED it.

I like how much is being played close to the chest here. If the theme of the series is about Matt Murdock and Wilson Fisk becoming Daredevil and Kingpin over the course of the season, that is reflected nicely in the trailer. We get plenty of Matt Murdock, but only in his civilian attire and his proto-suit, no Daredevil costume. And we see plenty of The Kingpin's influence on the city, but only one fleeting shot of Fisk from behind. I like the idea that we won't see Daredevil or Kingpin in their full glory until April 10th.

Nah, that moment is pointless unless we get to see the path taken to getting there. I really want the red suit, but most of all I want to care about the character wearing it.

And knowing that they will makes me ALMOST wish they wouldn't reveal the red suit until season two, resulting in a bunch of enraged fanboys smashing their TVs.
