Not gonna lie, this show kinda gives me Angel vibes sometimes. I mean, with less fantasy, quips and with grittier violence, but it's just a vibe, and I like it. DeKnight got his start on that show so I guess it kinda makes sense.

AOS feels so weak compared to this.

Action lovers are gonna love this series so damn much.

This show is absolutely fantastic. This should set the standard of how Marvel should make their shows in terms of quality. I'm looking at you Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., but you have been getting better so I will wait and see where you are by the end of season two.

Like I said in the other thread, the writing [in ep 3] feels different and is an immediate step up from 1&2 IMO.

Not Marvel Studios movies. Not any DC ones that come to mind, either. Maybe John Wick, lol.

And for the record, I love Agent Carter too. But that has all the limitations that every other broadcast network show has. This is a whole other animal.

This is by far the best comic book adaptation ever done for TV. I'm about to fire up episode 7 and I'll just say that 6 brings things to another level.
