That's literally a given considering all their promo has featured him, it seems like they are setting this up purely as Daredevil vs Punisher.

Something tells me this is going to be the majority of the season. As far as we know Bullseye isn't in it, Kingpin is supposedly not in it, so I don't see who the main villain could be.

I'm of two minds; On one hand, I think it's probable we'll have to wait to the very end of the season to get the skull, like we did with DD's red outfit. But I also have a theory that Frank will have the skull fairly early on, and it will be something like inspiration for Matt to have his own symbol, and we'll get the DD on his costume at the end.

Hot damn I'm excited. The cowl has never looked better.
I was thinking the other day about what a Daredevil movie in the MCU would look like and I quickly came to the conclusion that no matter how good it would be (because let's face it, it'd be great), Marvel's choice to give the character a Netflix series is a much smarter choice both from an artistic and business standpoint. The movies all have a similar approach that is often regarded as homogenous and safe, but a character like Daredevil fits so perfectly into this gritty little corner of the MCU they've established that it's tough to picture him anywhere else.
I know this is probably a trite observation but I felt it was worth bringing up in comparison to what an MCU Daredevil movie would look like.

As LONG as we get at least one full episode with Frank rocking the skull I'll be happy.

It would be a bit of a stretch for Matt to be inspired by it. After all, it's not like he's going to see it and go "that's a good idea." It's got to be through third parties, which would probably require things like his picture getting published in the newspaper, which could undermine his intrigue.

No one knows if it's what will be used on his shirt but seeing as though it's being used in the teaser for the trailer... Odds are that it will be close to that look if not exactly what was shown.
