The new mask just seems to fit better. The original one strangely made him look like Neil McDonough to me.

The trailer was perfect, the dialogue exchanges between Castle and Matt were easily the highlight, it feels like they have a real handle on conveying their conflict.

The updated costume looks really good. All it needs is the DD. Seriously guys it's a really mix of modern tactical and his comic book costume. At this points any complaints are getting into nitpick territory. It was never going to be spandex. Spandex doesn't work in live-action. he is a human being that depends on his senses and training to survive the fights.

I hope he grows it out even more. I'd like the slicked back look and not so shaven at the sides.

I'm all for the slicked back look with the sides being a little shaved personally. But I think he looks damn good as Frank, I cant wait to see the full skull reveal...I wish he'd use a trench coat at some point too.

New picture has no zipper or Epaulettes(I think that's what they're called?) on the shoulders.
Definitely looks like leather too.

I actually think it's great Jon has a resemblance to Deniro as it just makes the Taxi Driver connection all the better.

I never liked him as Shane on the WD but I think this might be the role he was born to play.

No...not really. The suit isn't awful, but there is still plenty of room for improvement.

Things is getting exciting.t: Promo images look cool. Now is it me, or does it look like Frank is wearing a different outfit in the group shot? It doesn't resemble the collar on his jacket.

I like the DeNiro comparison, I love Taxi Driver for many of the same reasons i love the Punisher.
