The only thing I don't like is Baldwin as Batman. It was just one line, but I didn't like it. Harmon does sound like Daly and Superman's design is awesome. Everything looks good and I hope the story is as well.

And as a fan and viewer, I can honestly say I have little to no interest in any sort of DC/Marvel crossover. It just really doesnt do anything for me. Keep them seperate.

It looks ok. Once again (sigh) I'm not holding my breath. I'm sure it'll be fun, but to be honest, I feel like I've seen the "evil JLA" done in animated form. Several times. Hopefully it will be done better, but...eh.

The draw for me is basically just seeing James Woods as Owlman and the character designs, some which really, really suck (Crime Syndicate, looking at you, wishing I wasn't). Not digging Baldwin's Batman at all, and Mark Harmon sounds like a bored, less energetic version of Tim Daly.

The same voice director & producer of this and the other animated DVD's were behind the last DC TV cartoons from Timm, so it makes quite a lot of sense that they would cast "similar" sounding voices for Superman or other parts, even if they cast different actors in each role. If anything, I could argue Superman has sounded more consistent in these DTV's despite the actors involved than Batman.

It has been quite a while since I have seen any sort of animated Justice League adventure, so I am looking forward to this and also wondering who are playing the other Leaguers. I mean heck, the last time the Justice League teamed up for a modern day adventure in DC animation, it was in, of all places, THE BATMAN's series finale, which'll have been two years prior by "Spring 2010". And that wasn't that great.

Honestly, I'm thrilled to hear James Woods do some voice acting that isn't something for FAMILY GUY.

I also wouldn't mind if Flash was the one getting some focus, not Superman or Batman, but they are the best known of the League I guess. The preview claimed some bits with J'onn were in, which is proven ground after NEW FRONTIER I guess. Owlman's dangerous, but imagine the harm someone with Flash's powers could do to the world without his good spirit. But I suppose someone building a massive machine in goggles is good enough.

The way I see it, the next two after this should be based on characters in the DCU that havent gotten their own yet, as...

Superman got one, Justice League got one, Batman got one, two other DCU characters got their own movies, Batman and Superman collectively got one and the Justice League are getting another one, so the next two should be with two other characters.

I say, the Flash should get one and either Green Arrow, Martian Manhunter or the Legion of Super heroes.
