I know right?

I kind of liked his Sentinel costume when he was de-aged too. Except for the shoulder-high gloves. Those just look weird on a dude.

I think they need the Earth-2 Trinity on the JSA.

They'd be fools not to.

Sooo they probably wont. :o

Ugh, I always loved that the JSA emphasized and elevated other heroes. The way Johns and others refashioned Alan Scott, Jay Garrick, and Wildcat into something of a Golden Age Trinity was one of my favorite parts of the post-Crisis DC universe.

I dunno. I like how Jay, Alan, and Hawkman stepped up. Course Hawkman is Earth 1 now. Maybe Wildcat is next in line?

:alan: :alan: :alan:

But that opinion's a product of the time in which you started reading the JSA.

Historically and fairly speaking, the Trinity is am essential part of the JSA.

Eh, not really. :o

I mean, weren't they all like part timers?

I liked the All Star Squadron better. There. I said it.

Now I wouldn't mind Shazam joining the JSA as their Superman.

Oh, maybe it was Hawkman. Come to think of it, Jay and Alan were really the main go-to guys of the post-Crisis Golden Age. So more of a Golden Age Duo.

I would say that he already wrote JSA and it was good? But that was back when he was awesome, so, I don't know what happened to his talent.

Got whatever Loeb got. :o

Yeah, I'd guess he won't be any better on JSA than he has been on JLA or Cry for Justice or any of his other recent work. The man's lost whatever mojo he once had.

Robinson's run on JLA wasn't bad at all. It was hampered by a rather poor roster, but he had some great ideas and the last issue made me wish that he had a bit more time with the book, because it looks like he had some more awesome ideas.

Robinson had alright ideas, but the way he delivered them was just...bad.

He killed it with the constant narration boxes, telling instead of showing, and some questionable characterization.

Robinson's run wasn't perfect at all due to his style, but I found myself enjoying it quite a bit. And to go from the utter garbage that was Cry for Justice to being at least decent, is a massive improvement.

Eh, not really. :o

Yeah, and that's shat I'd want them to be again.

We'd still get Alan and Jay, etc. As the stars, plus every now and then get to see classic Batman, WW, and Supes.

Just like action art, the boxes depend on the material. Over using them is just as bad as too many pouches. However I don't want to get rid of pouches all together.

:thing: :thing: :thing:

but now we have titles that we read in a breeze just because there isn't enough dialogue.
