Stormwatch is one of those books where I sorta wish I'd have picked it up from the beginning. I'm not one to jump into a book once it's 6 or more issues into it so I doubt I'll ever go back and get it, but still... I've always been curious.

Justice League International, Captain Atom, Resurrection Man, and Voodoo join OMAC, Static, Men of War, Blackhawks, Hawk & Dove, and Mister Terrific in the New 52 Graveyard.

I'mma miss Resurrection Man :csad:

I hope the Body Doubles show up elsewhere in the dcu they're fun :)

Milligan's run has been fab so far it started with issue 9 and I really recommend checking it out

RIP Captain Atom and Ressurection man, let's bring four cancelled series into one ... what the hell did this f**king reboot bring? I don't know. What on earth are they thinking? I haven't the beginning of a clue!
For the first time in a looooongtime, I'm gonna stop follow DC comics.Since the New 52, I have the expression everything is worse than before. Am I the only one feeling this way while trying to be as objective as possible?
It is just bad, they marvel-ized everything (which was maybe a financially motivated decision, but in my opinion, the worse thing they could do to the characters) ,and just ... do **** with most of the series! Like HighFivingMF pointed this out, so many series are just heading directly for the graveyard. Come on, an ongoing with Hawk and Dove?!?!?! Voodoo?!?!
It's like they are doing ****, making decision that make everything worse, and to solve the problem, take another step in the wrong direction, and often in the wrongest direction. How on earth is that fu**ing possible?
I. Don't. Get. It. At. All.

Overall I've been really enjoying a lot of the stuff from the new DCU. I've been digging a lot of the characters and titles and I'm looking forward to new ones like the Amethyst comic book

Like what for instance? Big things like Superman or batman or minor things like Hawkman ?

No offense Clarky, but you're really not making any sense. :o

I don't know if I should laugh or cry at Smallville Batman's suit.

Honestly, the minor titles that don't stand a chance of succeeding actually being given the chance is one of my favorite things about the relaunch. I don't read much of them but I think it's awesome that they're giving such minor characters the chance to strive, or at least to get some recognition so that they mean something later in team books or guest appearances. I mean, I've never cared a lick about anything Wildstorm but here I am enjoying Grifter a great deal. Animal Man and Swamp Thing are years past their prime and they've been given another shot and have shined.

To follow the Marvel mentality they'd have canceled everything, relaunched it (check) and had the entire line either Batman or Justice League books. DC actually split up their line to every angle. If I'm not mistaken they have less books total covering a wider array of characters, teams, and aspects of their universe. I think that's awesome. And it's not even just their characters but Milestone and Wildstorm as well.

Do you think Marvel will ever make a big push for Malibu or Crossgen comics? They barely even tried with the Crossgen minis. It's like they just did it to get more numbers of titles on the shelf for quantity sake. That's about the only way they can beat DC overall.

I love the AC and current comic Harley designs. I hate the older ones, especially the ones with the jester hat.

I'm going to read all his dialogue in Stallone's Judge Dredd voice :awesome:

It's like in the Spider Man movies where he was ripping his mask off every five seconds

Bleeding Cool is reporting that DC originally intended to cancel more titles with the Third Wave but held off for the upcoming Fourth Wave which is rumored to include Jim Lee's WildC.A.T.S., a new Justice League title, and Shazam.
