So did the Lazarus Contract piss anyone else off ? I'm not gonna post any spoilers but geez!!! I think I can safely say these things without spoiling it
1. OG Wally and Damian's characterization. It was a huge disservice to the characters and their fans . Damian was a little prick when he was first introduced but I think he has managed to grow as a character and become way more likeable . OG Wally coming back was what Flash fans have been wanting since the New 52 came about . He carried the flash legacy on his shoulders for years , he is fun , relatable , and for many people he is The Flash .
2. Basically just used the Judas Contract angle to sell this book
3. Nightwing , Robin, Wally , and NuWally were basically the only characters with anything to do . The rest of the Titans and Teen Titans were wallpaper
4. Few plot holes that made zero ... zero sense
5. Disrespect to OG Wally .... felt that needed saying again
So the last page of Batman #24 leaked and um, anyone else seen it? Because WOW.
t:Yeah, came across it...well seems like for the first time in a long time, i will drop Batman.
I wasnt really into the current batman run to begin with, so its not that hard for me to drop it.
Im okay with Batcat, but its not the same as Lois/Clark, i like it more if it leaves the door open and if its more on/off relationship.
Also im a A+ Wonderbat shipper...so there is that.t:
In general im not enjoying Kings run to the extend it could be, he wastes a lot of potential imo.
Either way, it will be undone in a couple of months either way, so its not that big of a deal to me.
I'm a Batcat fan but i'm conflicted about it LOL On one hand it's big character development for Bruce and on the other hand, it feels forced because of the whole Button story line.
I dunno, King has been hit or miss for me. I'm pretty sure that Selina is going to say no but i'll read it and see.
t:...
XDEvery Batcat shipper is my enemyt:...
XD
No, im okay with it occasionaly.
Yeah, it feels really a bit forced because you get the feeling that its all just because of "his" fathers words and to add more drama to the button storyline.
If she says yes, i could see them kill her off or so for the sake of the story...the whole thing with the possibility of Bruce settling down feels like something is bound to happen to create angst.
King is imo all over the place, some is good, some is bad.
But hey, no writer is perfect.
We will see how this all unfolds

FUNNY because I love SuperWonder LOL
But yeah, I agree. I think she's going to say no and cause more angst LOL Or she'll say yes but they'll never make it down the aisle because Bruce will stop this whole 'don't be Batman' crap and realize that he can't go down that path. And Selina just doesn't seem like she's ready to settle down ANYTIME soon.
True. I'm going to reserve judgment until I read the actual issue

Lol, we both are really on opposite sides here...because i dislike SuperWonder so much.
It will be interesting to see how King handles this character development.
I was hoping for something really "groundbreaking", but who knows what the button storyline will turn into.

Ugh, spoiled by an article headline over at Polygon...
Though, I kinda expected it reading the solicit and considering what's on both the regular and variant covers...
So it took the Dark Knight III for Miller to finally admit that Superman was holding back all this time on Batman and could've kicked his butt anytime he wanted too.

I can't believe the number of sites who spoiled this by putting it right in the headline of the article. Like...seriously?!
