i dont think we need to kill hawkman of. I agree he isnt the stronhest character yet. But that could change in time.

He needs some revamping damn quick, though. Its not so much a matter of "not a strong character", as "what characterization he currently has is actively terrible."

I decided to rewatch Part 1 as a precursor to going back and finishing Part 2 (since I only saw half of it last night), and it's kind of difficult to take anything that Rip Hunter says seriously with the knowledge that he's lying through his teeth and acting like a complete *****ebag.

I liked it. Sara and time travel were what drew me in the first place, but I enjoyed most of the characters except for Hawkman, Hawkgirl, Captain Cold, and...well, Vandal didn't do much in this episode, but I didn't care for him on Arrow. Snart would be a good character in theory, but he's too smarmy. I don't watch The Flash, but here he's like a moustache-twirling "mwa ha ha" sort of villain instead of a real person. He needs to take it down a notch.

with rip of course he isnt going to tell them everything. He doesnt want to keep screwing history up like we seen the team do already alot. Plus he likely doesnt want them to know everything either.

I thought it was an interesting first half, I enjoyed the beginning. Felt very much like Terminator 2.

Finally seen the pilot (sucks been in the UK sometimes) and I really enjoyed it. It feels different to the Flash and Arrow which I like. Can't wait to watch the next episode.

It feels like a mix of arrow and flash. At least the vibe it gives is like that. Not too serious, not too funny.
