Yes, that was the second trip. To get the tracker from young Stein. Then team Stein tracked down Ray's lost tech, and Team Snart went to steal the Dagger. So unless those two locations were in the same neighborhood nearby, I have no clue how both teams got there.

According to Word of God, he actually won't reincarnate until Kendra dies, too. Of course, that doesn't exclude meeting past versions, or future versions from further down the timeline after both of them have died. Or flashbacks, or shambling zombie brain-eaters, or. . .
