I had apparently missed the fact that Falk is a series regular, but since he is, it definitely makes sense that we haven't seen the last of him.

He'll probably come back. But since they're into killing off characters that will be in the Suicide Squad movie.
Such as Deadshot and Amanda Waller

Is it possible that
Hawkman is in Suicide Squad? It does take place in Midway City and we still don't have confirmation on Scott Eastwood's character

Of course this will be ruined when he's back in the next episode :o

I'm surprised that they killed off the one stable romantic ship in this show already, given that it's still a CW program. Does that mean that we'll be free from most of the drama that comes with CW couples or are we going be seeing love blossom elsewhere?lol

I'm definitely curious to see where Cold will go once this show is done. I mean if they do continue on with a second season, will they bring him back or will he go back to the Flash instead? Will he be more anti-hero than villain?

that was their most stable relation ship? I guess it was as far as most to the shows that air there go. well don't worry like what said a page before this carter will be back cause he reincarnated alot and they are traveling through time so they will run

into other version of him through out the past and future under his other alias's. and he's needed to kill savage still. he not the one to deal the final blow but needs to be there tp defeat him. they just better not do it just with those by them selves. they slip up when ever it's just the two of them facing off against him with out others helping them.

they just need the other people to hold savage down and let kendra stab him to death while carter hold the other N'th metal objects.

Great episode again  Some really awesome stuff!

Watched both parts of the pilot together and it felt like a movie. Liking this show already.

This show is definitely my favorite out of all of the other DC-TV shows currently airing.

Why didn't Rip Hunter tell Kendra that it must be her who uses the dagger?

it's cause he just started reading the book her past life son left for them so he doesn't know only that they needed the dagger.it's the hawks job to know the detail since they went through their personal memory trip on the ship. it wouldn't have been much of series if they solve getting at vandal so early. the hawks should have remember the last time that they need people other then them selves to hold vandal down though. when it's just the two of them, they always lose.

I don't think he knew that it had to be her. When he told Cold later that she was the only one capable of killing Savage, I think he was referring to the fact that she was the only one left out of the Hawks at that point.

I can take that answer Herolee10!

On another note, my friend noted on how she thinks the whole dialogue of Sara telling the younger Stein on how she loves both "Theoretical and Applied" Physics and can't decide on one over the other, was like a little joke regarding the character's bisexuality.lol

Don't think so. A more apt euphemism would be that she can't decide between "thinking/talking about sex or actually having sex".

Forgive the nerdism.

Kendra definitely needs some sparring lessons from Sara.

The action scenes really make this show for me. That whole scene with Ray coming out the pocket. I was just drooling, I hope they can keep it up with the action.

ya we are bound to see more of hawkman in future episodes either as one of his past lives or his next one. As they have the whole rebirth deal with them and all. Again this death is likely what will drive the team to join up more fully as a team and to help get kendra out of her shell and remember more of her lives and become a better fighter. Then by the end of the season we are introduced to the next birth of carter hall and he rejoins the team.

Even if Kendra were to die too and she and Carter reincarnated, their souls would enter the bodies of the next two babies to be born in the "Flarrow"-verse, so the only way we see Falk going forward, as of now, is as some of the people he's been in his past lives.

I knew someone was going, but not this fast but of course he will be back in some form soon

Sara was extra awesome (and sexy in that 70s clothing) in this episode. Love that she is kind of a pothead.

I enjoyed the Episode, but I have two nitpicks. 1. The crew not being able to built a Dwarf Star Matter tracker with the technology Rip has on his ship. 2. Cold not simply freezing the metal bars and breaking them.

I liked the episode.

I find it weird that the danger of time travel isn't a bigger deal for these characters. But, I guess showing the possibility of Central City being destroyed in 2016 was supposed to be their lesson or something like that.

It was a stronger episode compared to the first one with some really good banter and a fun plot. Also, something I wanted with regard to a character, who I thought was needless, happened. Good times.

MUCH better episode than the first. Some of the dialogue is still very cringeworthy and I'm not sold on Rip Hunter or Jefferson's actors, but I think that I can definitely get into this show and will be following it closely from here on out.

I really like the fight scenes where the team fights alongside each other. Feels just like watching the Avengers fight together in the movie which is what I was hoping for. This lineup is probably one of the most rag-tag groupings of characters I've seen since Justice League Antarctica, but I like their dynamic both in skillsets and personality.

I decided that I'm just going to pretend that Jefferson is actually Jason Rusch to give the team a more genuine feeling. I wouldn't mind if this takes hold as a comic series in canon with these characters. But I haven't been following the New 52 very closely after Forever Evil, so I don't know how practical that would be.

I still can't believe that they killed Carter this early though! I know he's a reincarnator, so they can easily just find another version of him in another time and pick up where they left off, but it still kind of caught me off guard. I figured he'd be a regular for the majority of the season. I'm curious about how the lineup will evolve as time goes on (no pun intended) since I think I remember seeing Flash work with the team in one of the promos. I'd enjoy some more surprise additions to the team whenever they can be added sensibly.
