As much as I like the idea of David Harbour for Cable, if Brad Pitt is interested in taking the part, give it to Pitt. He would a near pitch perfect casting choice for Cable!

Most likely more than that. I think the Cable actor will need to commit to something similar to what Chris Evans had to for Cap. Because you know they'll want X-Force sequels if the film is a hit and if the Cable character resonates with people (and he should) they'll probably want him to make other, smaller appearances in DP3 and maybe New Mutants.

I doubt it.
Those huge six-movie deals are pretty much only Marvel Studios' MO. Because of how interweaved those movies are. And the way they handle things is not very popular in the biz. Many actors have turned down roles in Marvel Studios pics because of that.
Whoever plays Cable will probably be locked for two or three movies.
And Fox mostly acts on a case by case basis anyway. It'll probably be handled the way they did with Hugh Jackman as Wolverine.

I thought it was rumored that Cable is gonna be a bigger deal than the usual 3 picture deal they've been handing out to those that sign onto X-projects though. He's going to have X-Force and solo films most likely, so that's going to be a big hurdle for any actor.

Was never rumored. At least not from a legit source.
Anyway, it's hard to tell how many X-Force movies there will be. They'll probably wait and see how the first one does and eventually re-negotiate.

I would honestly be fine with Shannon.

I wasn't impressed with Shannon's Zod I know that doesn't mean he will be a bad cable but he had his chance at a comic movie

I like Shannon. He's been nominated for an Oscar a few times and Fox liked snagging themselves some Oscar winners/nominees. Interesting choice. Honestly I haven't hated any of the names dropped for Cable.

I love the comic book look of Domino, one of the coolest designs ever, but I dig thinking behind it. They subverted my expectations. Brad Pitt as Cable will be an amazing asset, if happens. And I hope it happens. Not really a fan of Shannon.

Not only that they seem to have her inverted her eye spot by making it white. It's more subtle - almost like the stuff athletes put under their eyes. Dom concept looks good though, the natural hair look is a great look.

But I still miss the original Domino. Really wanted to see a comic-book accurate look.

For Domino, I was hoping for some full make up, Sofia boutella in Star Trek style. That art is rather monotone and uninspired (even she looks bored lol), and I'm not a fan of domino with a 'fro

Cable, ignoring the Brad Pitt thing, the first pic looks pretty dang cool, but it's just too black and "standard-fox-costume" for me. That or it's too close to Winter Soldier. Cable needs som blue in his costume and some big brown shoulder pads... Lol

And Colossus? I like two of the costume designs, the ones with the red chest areas... But why would they (seemingly) alter his look? It's got silver hair like the crappy old X3/DOFP design

Would love it if Pitt was to get the part, not convinced it will happen but damn sure he would make a great Cable, never even crossed my mind about him but now I sort of want him over anyone. Would be quite a win for FOX to pull him in to this and X-Force, would be huge but still have to await any official announcements.

I like grounded designs of Cyborg and Domino. Tasteful. X-Men franchise always had a problem with that. Until Deadpool and Logan. So hopefully it's a trend.

If the concept art is really from Fox then they ****** up Domino. Hardly any resemblance. Not Barakapool level bad, but still terrible.
