I am loving every single image of the suit, every single peice and area. The CGI eyes are icing on the cake. This is my currently my #1 favorite CBM suit easily by far. Actually I never really had a favorite until now.

There's been a few times where I've seen thumbnails for these pics and my eyes kept thinking I was looking at the test footage or comic panels. Spot on.

Now that we ruled that out of the way and that we know the tone they're going for, I'm way more interested in Wade Wilson rather than Deadpool. I just reread Deadpool and Death Annual 1998 today and I'd really love them to recreate those Workshop days to a T in movie form.

I know the original script had some of that in it but I'd love even more time dedicated to those days and the Death interactions. The antagonizing Francis part and giving hope to the other rejects really reads like a prison scene from the likes of The Green Mile or the Shawshank Redemption.

I have a thing with prison movies/tv series, I think. There's just something raw and amazing about the way of living and the defiant stands against authority that makes it a compelling watch for me. Shows like Oz or Orange is the New Black are something right up my alley...

This feels almost surreal. I still can't believe it is actually happening. We are getting an actual Deadpool movie. Everything came together. They got their director, their writers, their lead actor and actually the R-rating they were aiming for. And that costume... god. It's shaping up to be one of the most faithful comic adaptations ever.

So is Deadpool the first comic costume to have proper white eyes? Not talking about giant white lenses like Spider-Man has them. Just proper white comic eyes on a mask.

i just got to wonder though, while shooting a scene, can the actor/ stuntman see at all when the white lenses are on? im half expecting the gag reel to be filled with Deadpool tripping over or running into things accidentally
