Yeah it makes sense. I do want to see her mess with Deadpool using her power. Psychics usually interact with him really good.

It is Negasonic Teenage Warhead though, not Psylocke or Emma Frost. She will get more character, action and time in this movie then her whole comic appearances. She didn't have any sort of fanbase prior to this film with even X-Men fans. I like that they are actually giving her some show stealing moments and making use of the characters they can use. She looks like a really cool and fun character.

NTW looks to be a force to be reckoned with and 90% of the jokes landed brilliantly

And why does Colossus look more like classic Colossus than he ever did in the X-Men films?

Because this is not directed by Bryan Singer who has trouble with comic books costumes.

And I like the description of the power Brianna gives: She runs and explodes into things.

Love the effects on her powers. That and her attitude (on her phone) has me psyched to see her on the film.

Hope she's in New Mutants.

If this movie turns out good, which seems likely, Fox need to contract Miller for more X-Movies

You can definitely tell the difference as to who truly appreciates the material and who doesn't.

You can still "appreciate" the material and do something different on film though, just to set it apart. Of course, I can't speak for Bryan Singer. Don't know why Singer made Colossus more human than he is in the comics.

I was just saying appreciating something doesn't necessarily mean doing the same thing on film. If that makes sense.

Even though we may never get an OT film again, I think having Colossus-level roles in future spinoff films could help simultaneously expand the universe and connect them to the Singer films. Maybe we could have like, Ellen Page appear in New Mutants or something? Such a great character played by a talented actress, she cannot be wasted.

It'd also be cool if NTW appeared in New Mutants too if it takes place in present day.

FOX definitelly needs to sign Tim Miller on all of their Marvel movies. Definitelly if they're making a X-Force movie.

The trailer was pretty funny with some great fanservice and action.

Hopefully Fox is rewarded at the box office for making a genuine Deadpool movie.

Loving the trailer, can't wait to see the movie! I'm finding it really hard to believe this movie won't be great. With BvS and Civil War getting all the attention, I really believe Deadpool could surprise A LOT of people.

Looks cool I guess. The humor still feels very forced and to be honest I don't think it is that funny. Between the crotch shots, the lingering ass shot and the sex jokes, I feel like it's trying way too hard.

I guess that's Deadpool's character, so I hope fans will enjoy it. Just not my cup of tea.

I loved Deadpool just playing with the electric window at the start of the trailer. So irrelevant but so in keeping with his mindset and character.
