What does that mean? I know he was involved in the movies with Fox and Sony back in the day when Marvel was independent studio but what is he doing working with Fox now. I thought Disney and Fox were enemies and that Disney wants them to fail to get the rights to these characters back.Tim Miller is directing the superhero film with Lauren Shuler Donner and Marvel’s Kevin Feige producing.
So this caught my eye.

Rob Liefeld confirmed that the Deadpool rights are currently under the X-Men IP. As long as Fox has X-Men, they have Deadpool. That's how Wade Wilson was able to appear in X-Men Origins and the current Daedpool script features Colossus (an X-Men character) in a prominent supporting role. The right's are a non-issue.
I'm not a Deadpool fan but i'm happy for the die-hards to finally see this getting off the ground after a considerable time in development hell (New Line Cinema had the rights at one point).
It's going to be interesting to see what the tone of the film will be and how it fits within the rest of the X-Men cinematic universe.
Interesting, i didn't know Colossus was involved.
Deadpool can't exist without Wolverine, it started there.
Deadpool After Credit Scene:
Dark screen. The sound of keys opening a door. The door opens, lighting up the room.
-Honey. I'm home... Aw, right. I'm horribly lonely.
Deadpool walks in. He sees a figure infront of the window. Casting a shadow into the room.
- Hey creeper, get out. I'm sick of you hobos pissing on my couch. Shoo!
The figure turns around. It's Wolverine.
- HEEY! Leopold!
- I'm putting together a special team. Wolverine says.
Voice over: -"X- FORCE. Coming Soon!"
Cuts to: Deadpool- "To a theater near you!"
Deadpool points to the screen. *winks*
Fin.
I'll never say no to more Colossus, it just seems like a stretch. If they can make it work though, that's A-OK with me.
yeah, its such a great feeling to see Fox finally exploring new characters. Now I have the confidence that they will do X-Force right after Deadpool. Will be f**** awesome to see Cable and his team and more than likely a team-up with Deadpool, with or against him. The potential for crossovers at Fox right now is crazy
most fans have been saying for years that Fox wouldnt ever do Deadpool, and look where we are now.
So since there is a Xforce script already, its just about when. Deadpool appeared in 2009, so it took him just 5 years, not too much if we are honest, so... since Fox are more open than ever now, lets say 2018 at the latest, just 4 years from now.
Wow that's low,Simple comedies have a budget like that
I think something like 100-120M would be better
It works cause Colossusserves as the guy whos trying to convince Deadpool to fight for the good guys and stop the destruction. Does not work succesfully of course.
JUggernaut would not do that. He's just another guy to fight. Colossus or Cable work better cause they add the
Since it was leaked ages ago I dunno if i can see them using that same script now
I'm sure it's been updated. Especially with the resetting of X-Men's world and changing of pop culture. But that thing was so well widely received (same as the footage) that I don't think it will be heavy re writes.
Can't see Tim MIller, Reynolds and Rhett Reese completely changing the film the have been trying to get made all this time. I know some of the pop culture stuff will have to be updated for sure.
Netflix isn't even available in a lot of countries so the exposure he will get will be a lot lesser than the average movie Marvel makes
Which is why I use the term 'Relegated'
