The Dark Knight Rises Deadshot

Someone posted this recent pic of Daniel Craig the other day on the Bond thread:-

I cant help feeling that Craig's exuding a bit of a 'sleazy, moustached-up Floyd Lawton womanizer' vibe there............

:D

He looks creepy there.... like a pervert. :o

Craig would be great in the Batman franchise, playing Deadshot would be cool.

1) I didnt recognise him. It took me 15 seconds to do so. I thought you were going to make a lame joke like:"Excuse me Daniel Craig, i am really happy for you and i am gonna let you finish, but Sean Connery was the best Bond of all time". Lol i am mad.... :hehe:
2) Who is that with Taylor Swift?
3) Last but not least, Swift is hot. Just wanted to let you know that. :awesome:

I agree to cameos. One idea that i have been advocating for is a Firefly cameo at the start of B3. Batman tackles that pyromaniac just like he did with Scarecrow at the beginning of TDK.
Basically it would be just another night where Batman fights another lunatic in a costume. Then the main plot with the main villain could start.

I agree but if he takes on Firefly at the beginning I"d like to see Batman more damaged and under pressure escaping from the police.

Great idea. Seconded.
I remember reading in the Gotham Times about Batman saving civilians in danger, no supervillain stuff, basically the equivalent of Superman fetching a cat from a tree, putting out a fire, etc. I'd like to see Batman patrolling the city from the rooftops, stopping muggings, rapes, etc. I remember an issue where Bats visits some hookers he knows (i think he had saved them or something) in a dark alley to ask around for some villains. Supervillains blowing up the city is great but you gotta show some of the routine as well.

That would be great for opening scene in B3.

Spidey has a different relationship with the people of NY. He is their friendly neighbourhood superhero. Batman is the urban legend monster that kicked the ass of the man who tried to mug you and then flew away.

Would be great if Nolan do it seriously, I mean not like in Spiderman when the people says: "Thank"s for saving me Spidey".

It wouldn't be cheesy if directed by Chris Nolan.

Deadshot was covered in Batman: Gotham Knight. I think he would be kind of cool, but how would he be applied? The "terrorist killing everyone of authority in Gotham" angle was kind of covered by Joker in TDK.

1) Hired to kill Batman.
2) He comes to hunt him as a challenge. Something like Spiderman's Kraven or that African dude in Batman Beyond.
3) He is Falcone's son, brother to Catwoman, close friend to Black mask and second cousin to the Joker and he wants REVENGEEEE.

Is that sinestro i see? lol

Very weird pic of Daniel Craig, but with the 'stache I think I could feel him for Deadshot. I always thought Downey Jr would have made a decent Deadshot but he took Stark instead (and rightfully so, Good Job Rob). I think it's just the mustache, though (why I thought of him as Deadshot)

I will not have Batman vs James Bond. I wouldnt know who i'd want to win. I would feel a traitor to my fav Superhero and my Country, lol

Batman vs a former Bond villain is alright though.

And what's that gotta do with Deadshot?

Deadshot is a merc, not a terrorist. He's in it for the money and the prestige.

Definately;

Not only is he a great character, he'd work perfectly as a mcguffin to enable Batman to gain the public trust again.

From the wiki page:-

'He initially appears in Gotham City as a new crimefighter, but is revealed to be an enemy of Batman when he attempts to replace the Dark Knight. He is sent to jail when Batman and Commissioner Gordon publicly expose his plot to become the king of Gotham's underworld.'

For the purposes of the movie, I'd change that to:-

'Deadshot is a mercenary who is hired to bring the fugitive Batman to justice. He is sent to jail when Batman and Commissioner Gordon publicly expose the fact that he his actually one of the world's deadliest assassins and has a plot to become the king of Gotham's underworld.'

Hmmm.

I'd have it as though he comes to Gotham to bring Batman to justice and to mop up the rest of the mob in lethal fashion. But we don't know who hired him. Then it turns out he was hired by Black Mask to remove the threat of Batman and to clear the way for his False Face Society to take over the Gotham underworld. Black Mask betrays Deadshot, as he'd rather simply kill him than pay him. So Deadshot sets about taking down Black Masks empire with Batman. But obviously Batman doesn't approve of his lethal ways so brings him down too.

Who said anything about them working together? I meant they are both after the same thing, to take Black Mask down.

But Batman wants to bring him to justice, whilst Deadshot just wants to off him. So that brings them into conflict.
