I remember how Language was a pretty strong theme in Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain, in fact a majority of the whole story was based upon Language.

The floating godlike figure are the Executives at Konami. The naked Norman Redus in the broken handcuffs is Kojima cast out from Konami free from being handcuffed by Konami. The baby on the umbilical cord is Metal Gear Solid. It disappearing and leaving hand prints is the ghost of the game going on with out him. All the dead sea creatures and there dead babies are all the failed Japanese designers and there aborted games.

I didn't realize it, but the name of the song is "I'll Keep Coming" .. which was the tagline used on the poster.

I definitely think there's heavy symbolism about his time with Konmai and afterward, but I wonder if there's a game you can build around that, or if this trailer is not related to the final product at all.
