As far as I'm aware, Guillermo brought Wrightson on board to create the design which is now done, and Doug is scheduled somewhere down the line to go in for makeup tests as the prosthetics are now ready for fitting and for final tweaks.

Where does this fall under with del Toro's schedule?

I mean, is he going to direct it, or just produce it? If it's direction, then he has 'Madness' coming up, and I've heard that 'Trollhunter' has a co-director. So I guess it could be his next film after 'Madness'.
