Lord this movie is going to make so much damn money its ridiculous. Why did they have tease us with that theme at the beginning? I really thought they were going to full on with I, but other than that I honestly think I loved this trailer. The first one didn't get me that excited, but this did it for me. I got exactly what I wanted and then some.

That Mewtwo reveal was really unexpected. It was dope, but I almost wish they didn't reveal him because it felt a little tacked on IMO. He looks really good in live action form though as do the rest of the Pokémon.

I think Detective Pikachu is definitely gonna be one of the biggest movies of 2019. That trailer was fantastic! The action looks insane and a sense of high-energy fun is felt throughout. Hopefully the movie can keep that feeling.

So we have confirmation of Pokeballs. And after hearing Pikachu, hopefully this means Meowth can curse in a future installment.

Man, I hope Sonic's movie looks as good as Detective Pikachu's. My worst fear would be something akin to the live-action Alvin and the Chipmunks or Scooby Doo. Hopefully, those days are behind us.
