Without giving too much away, the scenes with Dexter and Doakes in these last 2 episodes are probably some of the best I've seen in the series. The last episode is not really what you would expect at first, the mood of it is so up and down (not in a bad way) that it surprises you and then it is over before you know it. Theres a scene at the end that should somewhat excite anyone who is a fan looking forward to the future of the series.

Just watched the final two episodes. DAMN! The overall outcome was pretty much what I've expected to happen all along, but man, the execution was great.

The final conversation between Dexter and Doakes was absolutely perfect. Now that he killed Lila the way he did, I look forward to seeing how he "evolves" in the future. I also like how Deb is finally taking a stand against others.

A very satisfying conclusion to one hell of a season! Best show on cable TV. No doubt.

last 2 episodes were fantastic!!! no big twist though except for lila kidnapping the kids... but it was all expected from me, i was really hoping deb found out. i also wanted dex and doakes to discuss the ITK but it didnt happen

Hello everybody i heard that dexter was pretty good so i rented the season 1 dvd and loved it and ive been watching the episodes for season 2 on demand and i have only only one left to go before im caught with the rest of you but since im so used to watching the episodes in a row i was wondering where it is i can get the last two episodes so i can watch as soon as possible. definately haveta disagree there, esp since they already confirmed a season 3. ive said this before, 3 good seasons or 5 good seasons then stop there.

for season 3 i wanna see more reaction to the finale of season 2. hopefully dexter is after another killer who he actually knows....like lundy or masuka, or just a new killer period. i missed the cat and mouse games btw the ITK and Dex this season.
