Can't wait to see what will Trinity do, when he find's out that Dex knows.

In the picture i post above, we see Trinity get rough with Dex, and Dex actually looks scared.

This is...interesting.
i think he's just pretending to be scared, he would kick trinitys ass in less than 10 seconds

It depends Omid. Depends what's at stake for Dex.

Remember he now has come to the realization that he loves his family and did miss them when they were gone.

What beats me is once Trinity completes his cycle - then what? Does he attack Dex simply for self preservation or does something else happen, ie. Deb/kids are threatened...? This season has the potential to really kick our ass!

where can I watch the program as it airs online? My cable is out. :(

wow great episode they find a way for me to hate Rita even more episode by episode is that even possible lol

nice twist about trinity at the end did not see that coming cant wait this season is getting really good

That sucks about Lundy. I really liked him. Something about Detective Quinn doesn't sit right with me. And I agree with a lot of the theories being thrown about. This show is so well written, I often forget Dexter is a serial killer. It's gonna be interesting to see what happens from here on out. Can't wait for sunday.

Guess I didn't know what the hell I was talking about!

Another great episode. Trinity is the older version of Dexter, and Dex knows that.

I love how season four mirrors the first season. In the first season the ITK/Brian knew Dexters secret while in this season it's the other way around with Dexter knowing Trinitys.

Don't hurt yourself patting yourself on the back. :whatever:

But in all seriousness good work on your part. I would have never thought he was a family man. Looks like Dexter is going to establish a mentorship relationship with Trinity in the coming episodes.

Can't wait to see Dex in church and seeking martial counseling from Deacon Trinity.

Dude, my hat's off to you. :o I thought it would be too lame but it's shaping up nicely.

They've laid it on pretty thick, too, with him being a deacon!! HA!

Great ep.

Jennifer Carpenter/Deb did gave a hell of a performance during the scene where her and Dex were at Lundy's crime scene.

That reporter has a great body.

Rita whining is becoming more annoying every frickin week. :cmad:

Some of you are mad. While yes, Trinity does have a family it turns out, and yes that says a lot in Dexter's mind and how things can work for him...I still really highly doubt he would be interested in any mentorship or that he views Trinity as an "older version" of himself. Dexter has a CODE remember? Trinity just kills people for no actual good reason, just because of something traumatic in his head. While we could get technical and say Dexter (or any actual serial/mass killer) just kills people for no actual good reason, for the sake of the series, Dexter plays a type of anti-hero. Trinity has no traces of anti-hero qualities, he's just a serial killer. I don't think Dexter will relate to him, no matter how fascinated he is with how he's gotten away with everything for so long. It didn't work with his brother, now did it?

My thoughts as well,it was really genuine and heartfelt...it easily could have been cheesy or over the top but she did it marvelously.

Even though Rita is really annoying most of the time she had the right to be angry this time...not only did Dexter lied about the apartment he didn't give a decent reason for doing so,remember that he also cheated and was ''on drugs'' so she has all the right to be upset when it's obvious that he's hiding something.

Another excellent episode, can't wait for next week.

Trinity is the most successful serial killer of all time, and not only that, he's perfected his mask for society from so many angles. Dex isn't an anti-hero in the traditional sense, he's just been conditioned to clean up while satisfying his urge. I'm sure Trinity is still a target because he fits the code, but there's no reason he can't try and learn a thing or two given his marriage is falling apart and he's struggling so much with the lifestyle.

I love it, 2 wolves goin toe to toe. :awesome:

He didn't really cheat on her, she broke up with him.

I guess I can see your point, it just sounded like some of you were saying they were gonna be best buds or something. Perhaps I took it too literal, (as if Trinity were Dex this time and Dex was Prado, is what I was getting from all the mentor suggestions). Learning as he targets him, I guess could work.

Another fabulous episode! It had me on the edge of my seat, as always. One small tidbit of a scene I really liked was the flashback while Lundy is talking on the tape recorder, to the previous episode where Trinity "accidentially" knocks into him. I don't know, that whole play back was awesome, the "eyes blue" and all that. I really liked how that was done. I actually just miss Lundy!

Dexter didn't cheat on her, they were on a break, and let's not forget Rita lied about being married last season. Only difference between Dexter and Rita is, Rita feels the need to shove things in people's face all of the time, even months/years after it's over, while Dexter can let things go. Ugh, Rita is just so bothersome.

I've heard supposedly the big finale ending that Julie Benz said will surprise everyone is that Rita is killed in a car crash. I don't know how I feel about that, if that's what the finale really holds.
